They are coming…
I don’t know. I haven’t played with a mifi device. If it is about the size of 3 stacked credit cards, maybe.
They are generally tight fitting at first and then will break in over time for a nice snug fit.
One can vary the fit of the case by the number of cards you choose to put in the case. Less=looser. It’s designed for about 3 cards.
I don’t have plans to add BlackBerry Cases at this time, but perhaps in the future.
In all honesty, I have 5-6 designs in the final stages of design that I’ve been too busy to finalize because business has been so brisk.
It doesn’t. I have not been able to get my hands on a bumper to look into alternatives yet.
Nope. The two phones are very different in size and shape. Sorry.
No, this is not a post about twitter. It’s the sound that I’ve been hearing at about an hour before sunrise that its time to go to bed for a couple of hours before resuming the handcrafting of Tuchs. I didn’t anticipate that Tuch would take off this fast. Thank you all for the orders and I’ll get them to you soon!
Thanks to Ben, Tuchmade is back up and ready for your consumptive urges!
Well it looks like Tuch’s super popular day in the sun has exceeded more than just our expectations, but also the bandwidth of our servers.
I am working on resolving the problem.
In the meantime, all of you who would like to make purchases can do so at the Tuchmade Etsy shop. tuchmade.etsy.com
Thanks again to everyone for making this a particularly interesting and amazing day.
Thank you!
All the cases are assembled with slots and tabs. That’s partially how I came up with the name “Tuch” (pronounced like “tuck”), because I’m “tucking” the tabs in the slots. There’s more to the name, but I digress and I’ll save that for another time.
I spent a lot of time experimenting with various configurations and sizes of tabs and slots until I found the ones that work for each given task. Not only do the tabs have to have the optimal strength but they also have to have the right proportions so that they add to the overall rhythm of the design.
The iPhone 4 will not fit in the Tuch for iPhone 4 with the bumper on. Sorry… But really, don’t you want to see your iPhone in all its nude glory! :)
Yes, eventually. I’ve taken the measurements.
Yes, as well as the Kindle 2.
Yes I do. I am working finalizing the design for the Satchel for 15”. And will be starting a sleeve for the 13” and 15” MacBooks. Most likely they will be like the iPad sleeve, but with a landscape orientation instead.
