Intro to Tuch

The Tuch Blog, like most other blogs of this nature, is envisioned as a way to give you a bit of the behind the scenes glimpse of what inspires me and thus what influences Tuch design. So I hope this will be more about creating a constellation of ideas around Tuch rather than a boring blog about my products only.

To start off with, I thought I’d share a few of things about the design philosophy behind Tuch.

  • First axiom of Tuch: Cut away all that stands in the way of revealing the essence of the design.
  • Second axiom of Tuch: Every detail matters.
  • Third axiom of Tuch: Make beautiful things.

These are the guiding principles, a manifesto if you will, for Tuch. Everything I do with Tuch and post on this blog will strive to be true to those three axioms.
